Semi-Automatical Equipment for Leakage Tests of Single and Multiluminal Catheters

Testing Parameters: leak to the environment leak to the adjucent lumen separator leak catheter to application leak passage (flow)

This Testing Equipment is designed for 100% tests of central venous catheters giving a good / bad result according to a desirable threshold.

Functions: feeding manually automatical lockage of the testing chamber automatical linkage of the luer connectors automatical testing procedure

Technical Data: testing medium air testing pressure 3-5 bar, desirable testing time about 1 sec. / lumen good / bad evaluation and leakage area indication

The advantage of product adjusted testing stations are reliable and repeatable testing result and low time consumption.
This unit is one possible arrangement, adjusted to the product to be tested.
The method is applicable to any other leakage testing task.
